Ok, I wanted to try the whole 'Space Art' thing as it looks like good fun, I was inspired by the peeps over at:
The Luminarium guys produce some awesome work. How could I not be inspired! I'm a member there but I produce mainly abstract work.
I enjoyed creating this image and being my first space art work ever know that I have a long way to go....
Very nice If you want some Critique - the clouds at bottom and that "smoke" around the light beam on top-middle are blurred (and it's not gaussian blur but rather one from up-sizing photo), try using higher-res texture and will look decent
